ABOUT US

Established in 2007, Village End is owned and managed by Robert & Tracey Fielder. Both of whom have over 12 years childcare experience and Tracey has a Level 3 Qualification in Childminding Practice and in Playwork.

 

They believe in offering a warm and friendly environment were children feel safe and secure and parents feel confident. Their recruitment policy is to employ staff who each bring something different and unique to Village End. Their hands on approach offers parents direct contact with someone who is passionate about the provision and is prepared to listen and implement changes to improve the facility when required.

  

Being located at All Saint's Church Hall, just a short 3 minute drive from their home in Swinley Forest allows them to alternate the activities on a daily basis, so that no two days are ever the same!
