I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Mr I ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Febraury 2011 L seems to be very happy at the After School Club, I love the fact that she is always coming home with things she has made. All of the staff are very friendly, helpful and approachable. L gets time to play and be creative and if she is tired there is always the cosy corner. She never complains about the food when she gets home either so well done Prim!! We are over the moon with the service you are all as a team providing us. You have been very accommodating at short notice and L is really enjoying being at the After School Club. I really think you are providing an excellent service and we are all very happy, we have used other local childcare providers in the past but L has never been this happy with any of the others, so at the moment I can not think of anything that needs to be improved on! Please let us know if you would like us to give reference to any potential clients we would be more than happy to give you a glowing one! Mrs S ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ July 2008 I would like to thank you and the team at Village End for making the past year so enjoyable for “E” and “L” My decision to extend my working day meant a big change for them, as I would no longer be picking them up from school. Whilst I had reservations initially, it is fair to say that it has worked extremely well and they have both really enjoyed their time with you. The chance to meet and make friends with children from other schools in the area is, I feel, a key part of their development and the activities you have provided have been welcomed by both. Every time I pick them up from Village End they have both been enthusiastic about their day. It has also meant less time front of the TV at home! Thank you both for the time and effort you have put in to making Village End such a success and I would be more than happy to recommend you to any family in the area. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ September 2009 “I am very happy with Village End. I like the feedback I have been getting on a daily basis, telling me about my son’s development at the after school club – about his play and how he interacts with other children. I like the various activities which the children can do, from high jumping to boxing to paper plane flying – or simply free play. I like the way the staff interact with the children. For example when imagination games like Harry Potter are played the staff engage with the children in such a way that the children really get into it and get excited playing the game. The staff seem to enjoy every minute of their job, and the children feel very happy.
