STAFF

All Village End staff have undergone Enhanced Criminal Record Bureau checks (CRB) and follow regular Early Years training including Safeguarding Children, EYFS, Food Hygiene and Paediatric First Aid.

	Tracey Fielder - Owner/Manager Tracey has over 12 years childcare experience and has a Level 3 Qualification in Childminding Practice and in Playwork. Tracey has 3 children and set up Village End After School Club in 2007, after running a successful childminding business from home in Swinley Forest.
	Kate Ficek - Childcare Practioner & Playworker Kate has over 5 years childcare experience working with preschool children and holds a Level 3 Qualification in Preschool Practice. Kate specialise's in providing the Art & Craft activities which help develop the children’s creative and thinking skills.
	Kirsty ? - Playwork Leader Kirsty
	Adam Hayward - Playwork Assistant Adam has recently joined Village End and will be focusing on organising Physical Play and team games. He has many sporting achievements including American Football and has played Baseball for team GB. He is also training for his first Dan in Kickboxing/Ju-jitsu. Good Luck Adam!

	Robert Fielder - Administration & Logistics Robert has over 12 years experience and is married to Tracey. Robert deals with new accounts, organising school runs and account management.

Staff Ratio

Ofsted require after school clubs to have a staff:child ratio of 1:8 but we prefer to have a ratio of 1:6 so we can provide a little bit of extra care and attention.
